Virtual interview audio setup — pick your OS:

🍎 Mac
  1. Download BlackHole 2ch (free — enter email, check inbox)
  2. Install it and restart if prompted
  3. Open Audio MIDI Setup (Spotlight → Audio MIDI Setup)
  4. Click + → Create Multi-Output Device
  5. Check both BlackHole 2ch and Built-in Output
  6. Right-click the new device → Use This Device for Sound Output
  7. Go to System Settings → Sound → Input → select BlackHole 2ch
🪟 Windows
  1. Right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar → Sounds
  2. Go to the Recording tab
  3. Right-click empty space → Show Disabled Devices
  4. Right-click Stereo Mix → Enable → Set as Default Device
  5. Open Chrome and allow microphone access when prompted
